The location was good and perfect for Cincinnati, next to downtown. Appreciated climate control, a writing table, and a couch bed in the room.

Fantastic rooms, great location for walking and activities. Clean and spacious environment, friendly staff who offer to take bags and park your car. Safe for little ones with a security system. Beautiful lobby, with the bonus of seeing horses with pretty lights.

The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a nice quiet area, next to the restaurants on Vine Street, the riverfront and the stadium, and ballpark. I got an a nice size and fantastic room with tv's around the clock. The facilities were good;))

Extremely rude staff!

Its location was excellent, just off Cincinnati as well as the riverfront and the stadium. Very friendly and hospitable staff, provided information if needed.

This hotel is located in a great area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as being close to popular attractions like the riverfront and sports stadiums. The rooms are spacious and clean, with kitchenettes for added convenience. Guests can also enjoy the pool and rec room, which are nice amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing guests with helpful information about the local area.

The noise from the outside can be quite loud at times, particularly from loud cars and motorcycles passing by.

The location was perfect to Duke convention center. The staff members were hospitable and exceptional.

All the employees were SUPER-FRIENDLY and affable. The location was good, for example, Freedom Center was at a moderate distance from the hotel. Moreover, it was right by the restaurants on Vine Street, ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium.

The hotel’s rooms were top-notch, with clean, comfortable beds and everything we needed during our stay, including a kitchenette. The hotel had a great security system, with key cards required for the elevators and main doors after 10 pm. Staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it as this kept our stomachs full throughout the day.

The hotel’s valet parking was quite expensive at $32 per night, but we discovered outdoor lots just a block away where we could park for much less overnight. , the pool was smaller than recommended, so it made it difficult to enjoy with multiple families there, and the drop in the shower was not clearly marked, which could potentially cause injuries if one isn't careful.

This secured hotel offers lots of good-sized and well-equipped rooms. The staff are super friendly and excellent. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to Duke convention center...

I recently stayed at a hotel here and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city and walking to different activities. The staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In addition, the room amenities were fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The leisure facilities such as the indoor swimming pool and fitness centre were a great way to relax and stay active during my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
